Improving How Physical Activity is Assessed in Primary Care (06.05.26)
In this webinar, we will talk about our research project which examined how the General Practice Physical Activity Questionnaire (know as GPPAQ) is used in primary care/community settings. We undertook a rapid review of international research to see how well the GPPAQ works compared to other tools, and then held a workshop with health and physical activity experts, to talk about what we learned and decide what works best. This work will help us understand whether GPPAQ is the best tool to assess physical activity, and to consider what other tools might be good to use.
Date: Wednesday 6th May 2026: 12pm – 1pm
Chair: Professor Chris Todd (University of Manchester)
This session will include talks on:
