This webinar shared insights from two rapid evidence reviews exploring interventions to increase physical activity and reduce sedentary behaviour among older people (50+), with a focus on disadvantaged and marginalised groups. During the session we examined both individual and population level interventions and discuss the implications for policy and practice to reduce inequalities in physical activity uptake.
