Shaping the future for brain health, dementia prevention and future care needs, including quality and measurement (19.11.25)
This webinar, held in collaboration with the NIHR Policy Research Unit in Dementia and Neurodegeneration (Queen Mary University of London), brings together the latest evidence on dementia risk reduction, models of care, homecare quality and data sets for older people. Presentations will cover attitudes toward brain health among minoritised ethnic communities, consensus policy recommendations on dementia prevention, preferences for new models of care, and insights into what quality homecare means to older people and stakeholders. The session will also explore the development of a minimum data set for homecare, offering evidence and guidance to inform policy, practice, and research.
